ACCOMMODATION
The apartment has a living area (entrance, kitchen and living room) that overlooks the main street where you can watch the walk and, to reduce noise, double-glazed windows have been installed.
A folding door and a step divide the living area from the sleeping area where, in the corridor, there is a small conditioner (8500 BTU / h, 61 dB) that cannot be moved from there.
The bedroom is closed by a folding door, has a double bed with two mattresses about 22 cm thick, it faces the back and is quite quiet.
The third bed is a sofa bed with a mattress about 7 cm thick, positioned in the living area and therefore it isn't very comfortable.
The bathroom is accessed through a few steps, the bathroom is small but equipped with everything you need, including towels, liquid soap and shower shampoo.
In the kitchen the soap for washing dishes is available, a couple of doses of washing machine soap are also left; when you have to do the washing machine you need to use a single dose of soap that must be placed inside the washing machine itself together with the dirty clothes.
Fast Wi-Fi Internet is available in the apartment.
Tap water is very good to drink.
The apartment has:

GUEST ACCESS, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in must be done at any time after 14:00 (self-check-in is available with an armored box containing the keys). Check-out must be done by 12:00 pm. The apartment is located on the first floor (19 steps from the entrance door) and therefore the structure is not suitable for disabled people.

OTHER THINGS TO HIGHLIGHT
It is better to visit the Cinque Terre by train but in stations and on trains you have to be very careful to the pickpockets, there are many tourists and the gypsies take advantage of it.

Italian laws oblige the registration of all guests on the police website and it will be necessary to provide the following data of the householder or the group leader:
